Provides an orientation to Direct Support Professional (DSP) field within the disability community. Focuses on identifying, developing, and fostering skills to set creative and personalized care to people with disabilities. Hands-on experience and observations at designated community sites in Lexington will be integrated to supplement classroom objectives and assignments.
